A friend shared this video with me. A must watch for all couples out there. Shows a typical life live by many. Typical, yet most of us still choose to live so even when proved wrong. Basically this is a story about a good girl liking the bad boy. The pendulum shows the passage of time of the couple. Like the saying goes, 男人不坏 女人不愛 (Nan ren bu huai). The good girl fell in love with the bad man. They ended up being together and settled down. The husband couldn't afford a wedding ceremony. The hard-earned money was used to open a repair shop. Because their financial was unstable, the shop was forced to close. Due to the disappointment, the husband channeled his sadness to alcohol and woman. Heart-brokened wife went unconscious. The husband was told that his wife has lost her memories. (it seems like she recognizes nothing) The husband did everything to make her remember him. (puts the cup on her ear, just like how they did when they were younger) But nothing helps. As he remembered he had not fulfilled his promise, he went to get her a wedding veil. However he passed away before he could even put on the wedding veil for his wife. He stayed by the side of his wife spiritually. As days passes by his wife got older and older. (2.12 he doesn't age as he passed away) It is then her time to leave. Knowing that he didn't did much for his wife, the husband holds the pendulum, to stop the time from ticking. Watching her husband who tries to stop the time, she said, "It's okay. Let go. Let go." Even it meant for him to stop the time, he wants to make his wife happy for the last time. This story is both beautiful and sad.
